Piezo electric element with dimensions of 2x2x2 mm to easily oscillate (or fine position) a self-sensing cantilever (non-contact, tapping mode, etc.).

The piezo comes with two soldered Teflon (PTFE) flexible litz wires (length: 10 cm). The piezo exhibits a superior lifetime, sub-nm resolution and UHV compatibility.
