Small AFM Cantilevers for high speed AFM

The advantages of small cantilever AFM have been demonstrated in numerous publications by several research groups. However, this new technology has only been available to a few specialized labs building their own AFMs and making their own cantilevers. With our small cantilever products, we want to make the potential of small cantilevers available to the whole research community.

Our cantilevers combine high resonance frequencies (200kHz-2MHz) with low spring constants (5pN/nm-1000pN/nm). This unique combination makes SCL-Sensor.Tech.s cantilevers ideally suited for low noise AFM force spectroscopy as well as high speed AFM imaging of even soft samples.

Our cantilevers are 10um wide and can be made in a variety of lengths and thicknesses. They are available with integrated high resolution tips or, if desired, tip-less.
